We designed it in the great tradition of Vosges chalets, decorated it to create a soft and warm atmosphere, equipped it with a spa so that our guests can experience moments of pure well-being.
Committed to preserving the planet, we have imagined a place as beautiful as it is responsible. A place which mixes the simple nobility of natural materials, a catering menu that gives pride of place to local products and an architecture in symbiosis with the wonderful surrounding landscape.

In gourmet complicity for more than twenty years, and after running a gourmet restaurant with numerous distinctions for more than a decade, we embrased a new project: building “our hut”, a house that looks like us and reflects our values: the sense of hospitality, the joy of sharing a beautiful and good moment, the desire to offer our guests a place with a warm, happy and cosy atmosphere.
Named as a nod to the place where teenagers used to come and make treehouses, La Cabane du Breuil offers you a choice of four large, deliciously cozy rooms.
Our gourmet restaurant, both friendly and intimate, awaits you with tasty preparations prepared by Christophe.
In the large living room with its well-stocked shelves, you can sit comfortably to read, chat by the fire... or if the sun is irresistible, our terrace is there for a moment of pure relaxation!

Use of natural materials, love of “homemade” which invites local production and vegetables from our garden into beautiful gourmet dishes, sobriety in the use of resources, hot water and heating powered by geothermal energy: we have deployed an eco-responsible approach which makes our chalet hotel a new generation four-stars, where the refinement of the facilities, the attention to the well-being of our guests always go hand in hand with the permanent respect for our planet.

The heart of our chalet, Améthyste is the gourmet restaurant where Chef Christophe Poirot expresses his love of the best products.
His inspiration comes from the seasons and the surrounding landscapes, from pickings and other finds from local producers. His cooking reflects the perfection of precision, the marriages that he imagines from subtle alliances between spices, citrus fruits, hay or fir.
His watchwords: generosity, sincerity, simplicity, to create a true cuisine of emotion and sensations. Each meal is an experience, which is lived in the pleasure of discovery and sharing.
